TLC Board Meeting Feb 2017

  1. Approval of Agenda- Lisa, Theresa
  2. Approval of Minutes- approval Next meeting
  3. Financial
  4. Budget- will be discussed next meeting when the full board is in attendance.
  5. Relève 24- info is missing for a few people, working on obtaining required information.
  6. CCS update- Business cards are in the process of being created, Submitted receipts for reimbursement.
  7. Coordinator
  8. EE – no update
  9. AA – new AA coordinator Silvia.
  10. KK – no update
  11. 2016-2017 school year
  12. Fundraising
  13. Flower bulb catalog fundraiser- tabled until June to prepare for no school year.
  14. BINGO- possible family fundraiser at villa Toscana with cash bar and prizes. Tentative date June 2nd 7 pm. $10 entry fee plus $5 a card.

Prizes need to be donated. Will also have a bake sale at Bingo.

  1. Outings- cabane à sucre April 5th.
  2. Alumni – create a newsletter for alumni parents offering then to attend fundraisers or donate to TLC. Will create FB ad calling all alumni to join the newsletter. Will offer unsubscribe option.
  3. Advertising
  4. Business cards- See CCS
  5. Registration- pre-registration AA group has 8 returning, KK group has 8 returning. 7 spots in KK, 7 spots in AA, 6 spots available in EE.
  6. Varia
  7. Open house – 5-9pm Nadine full shift, Silvia 5-7, Hollie 7-9
  8. Policies and procedures – a subcommittee needs to be created
  9. Supply list revamps- Done and approved.
  10. Cameras – installation of cameras has been approved. The next step is to create the policies and procedures surrounding the use of the cameras.
